RIYADH: Al-Ahlam Marina in Jeddah and Jazan, as well as the Red Sea Marina in Jeddah, have licenses from the Saudi Red Sea Authority. In an attempt to fulfil the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 in developing the coastline tourism industry, the government is granting permits to control marine tourism.
