U.S. Graduate Fair 2024 to Bring Together Indonesian Students and Top U.S. University Representatives




Jakarta - U.S. Graduate Fair 2024, an event for prospective graduate students featuring representatives from 17 top U.S. universities, the Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education (LPDP), the Fulbright Programme, and the U.S. Embassy's EducationUSA programme, is being held this week by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). On July 18, in Yogyakarta; on July 20, in Jakarta; and on July 21, in Surabaya, there will be an education fair.

In 2024, USAID and the U.S.-Indonesia Society (USINDO) will jointly host the U.S. Graduate Fair, where aspiring students and their families can discover graduate programmes in a variety of subjects, including public policy, business, education, and health. Attendees will obtain knowledge about the graduate school system in the United States, application processes, and student life in addition to having the opportunity to interact directly with university representatives and scholarship providers.

Arizona State University, Boston University, Carnegie Mellon University, Columbia University, Duke University, Georgetown University, John Hopkins University, Georgia Institute of Technology, Harvard University, Pennsylvania State University, John Hopkins University, Michigan State University, The Ohio State University, University of Illinois, University of Maryland, University of Michigan, and Yale University are among the universities that are taking part.

According to Mohib Ahmed, the acting mission director of USAID Indonesia, "the United States is committed to working with Indonesia to ensure that Indonesian students have the resources they need to achieve their academic and professional goals." "Graduate Fair 2024 will provide aspiring students with the chance to investigate a wide variety of graduate programmes and uncover avenues for admission to top U.S. universities worldwide."
